SIDELINED

After being sidelined by a back injury early in the season Tim has undergone surgery in Adelaide. Tim underwent surgery on his back on Monday evening 9th Jan. The surgery appears to have been successful as Tim was back home on Wednesday morning and although nursing a tender back the pain in his leg has now gone.

Meanwhile the driving of the No. 71 car has been taken over by Damian Brown an ex SA Hot Rod Driver who had a impressive test run at Murray Bridge on Thursday the 5th Followed by an even more impressive first outing at the same track on the next Saturday night running fourth and second in the heats and forth in the final. Damian commented after his first heat that the car was the best handling car he had ever driven and this gave him total confidence on the track.
